THE CHALLENGE:

Design, build and erect a new fuel station on premises on time with low impact to customers, in challenging weather conditions. 

THE SOLUTION:

Build the module off site, protected from the weather, while the foundation is being prepared.

Constant snow and rain could not keep us from completing this Walmart Fuel Station in time for it's Grand Opening. This project would have been impossible to complete on time using conventional construction practices.

THE CHALLENGE:

Update the canopy and building to reflect the Casey's brand while avoiding any major disruption in business as usual for patrons and surrounding businesses. 

THE SOLUTION:

Pre-build the majority of the components and rely on 40+ years of experience to get the job done with minimal interuptions. 

Updating the look with 

MINIMAL INTERRUPTION

Giving this new Ozark Casey's location a much needed facelift while causing minimal interference with day to day opperations was a challenge but our construction management and Install teams were up to it.

THE CHALLENGE:

After quickly outgrowing their space the state of Kansas relocated from Topeka to Lawrence in a much bigger space that needed adquarte loading facilities. 

THE SOLUTION:

Harvesters added over 10,000 sq feet for docks including this 60' x 106' eight column canopy. 

Playing a small part in a

In fiscal year 2023, the Kansas Distribution Center distributed 13.3 million pounds of food to 13 counties in northeast Kansas.
