Account Manager
Arning Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team! As a leader in the construction and fabrication industry, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for one of our largest retail partners, managing a portfolio of projects from start to finish. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and project success, all while upholding our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects that span one or multiple lines of business.
- Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement, including planning, external vendors, communications, scheduling, resources, budgeting, change management, risks, and issues.
- Own the full project life cycle.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Provide regular status reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of project management/supervision experience preferred.
- 5+ years of construction experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Intermediate level of experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven ability to drive results and demonstrate accountability for business needs.
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
Desired Skills
- Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to meet design, schedule, and budget.
