Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete work. This position is part of a traveling site work crew that installs flatwork, pads, sidewalks, and footings at project sites throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks involved in placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete on job sites
- Ensure correct leveling, smoothing, and finishing of surfaces using a variety of hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and form layouts
- Install forms, rebar, and reinforcement as needed
- Operate concrete saws and other finishing equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all work meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the site work crew to complete projects on time and to spec
- Travel to project sites across the U.S. with the crew
- Follow company safety protocols and ensure safe work practices at all times
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete finishing (flatwork, pads, sidewalks, etc.)
- Proficiency with hand tools and finishing equipment
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and layouts
- Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
