Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete work. This position is part of a traveling site work crew that installs flatwork, pads, sidewalks, and footings at project sites throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks involved in placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete on job sites
  • Ensure correct leveling, smoothing, and finishing of surfaces using a variety of hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and form layouts
  • Install forms, rebar, and reinforcement as needed
  • Operate concrete saws and other finishing equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all work meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with the site work crew to complete projects on time and to spec
  • Travel to project sites across the U.S. with the crew
  • Follow company safety protocols and ensure safe work practices at all times
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete finishing (flatwork, pads, sidewalks, etc.)
  • Proficiency with hand tools and finishing equipment
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and layouts
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
