Quality Assurance Manager



The Quality Manager serves as the final authority on all quality-related decisions across both the Clarksville, AR and Cassville, MO facilities. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s quality programs, processes, and certifications. The Quality Manager ensures compliance with state modular requirements, AISC/CWB standards, and third‑party inspection agencies while driving a culture of quality from Sales through Installation. This position requires a hands-on leader who can mentor teams, analyze data, coordinate inspections, and lead root cause analysis efforts across multiple departments and locations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management, quality assurance, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with modular construction, fabrication, or structural steel environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain quality programs and documentation.
  • Proven experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report quality data.
  • Experience coordinating third‑party inspections and maintaining certification compliance.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and manage competing priorities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential.
  • Experience with AISC, CWB, or modular building certification programs.
  • Background in multi‑site quality leadership.
  • Ability to travel between Clarksville, AR and Cassville, MO as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to mentor and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Commitment to maintaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
