Research & Development Design Engineer



Arning Companies is look for a R&D Design Engineer who will be responsible for design, development, and testing of new products and processes. This role plays a critical role in advancing product innovation, optimizing manufacturing processes, and reducing production costs while focusing on researching emerging technologies, materials, and methods to develop cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and competitiveness in manufacturing operations.

Specific expectations of a R&D Design Engineer may include but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, materials, and process improvements.
  • Develop, test, and implement new products and processes aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs.
  • Design and test new materials for product enhancements.
  • Ensure new products meet quality, safety, and performance standards through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Liaise with suppliers to co-develop materials and components tailored to manufacturing requirements.
  • Create technical drawings, plans, and bills of material for construction and manufacturing projects
  • Use Autocad, Revit and Solidworks to design concepts to detail solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to incorporate design requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and contribute in team environments.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Experience:
